TEW will be personally contacting practitioners for 2025 first quarter showcase dates!

We will be transitioning booking platforms December and January.

Approved Showcase Readers ONLY

  • ONE reservation per month,

  • TEW reserves the right to modify reservations for the purpose of ensuring a balanced offering of reader modalities for customers.

  • Scheduling is 90 days out max, if you do not see a date available within the 90 day window, that room is already booked.

  • Showcase is currently for Reading modalities only.

  • Alternate Reader: Please email Practitioner coordinator for an alternate spot.

Showcase reservations are real time availability in booking, please record your reserved date.

Email Notifications: Initial confirmation, 1 week out reminder, and 24 hour notice reminder.

Intuitive Showcase Details

Mini-Showcase Readings

  1. Showcase reader approval is open to all reading modalities.

  2. Subscription-based Membership holders have first scheduling priority.

  3. Reader sets price for Mini Showcase Readings with final approval from TEW.

  4. Showcase Mini Reading Scope & Sequence (1) reader introduction, (2) a brief reading, (3) time for client questions, (4) if applicable: additional offers, follow up booking, or contact info exchange.

  5. Appointments booking slots: every 30 minutes.

  6. Recommended reading duration: 20-25 minutes.

  7. Reader Payout: Membership holders retain 80% of total service fees, NON-Members retain 70%.

  8. Payout Details: (1) check or direct deposit, (2) on the following Friday Payout Schedule. <—

  9. TEW is responsible for booking, scheduling, and collection of all fees for Intuitive Showcase Events.

  10. TEW is responsible for marketing Showcase Events in cooperation with the independent contractor (reader). See how you can work with us to market & promote the showcase & boost your success as a reader --> Best Practice Social Support.<—

  11. If a room is not open for booking, it is already taken for that reading date.

Please reserve only (1) Showcase Event spot per month. Your reservation will be cancelled by TEW if you reserve more than one date.
