How does billing work?

Each membership auto-renews monthly on your sign-up date through Momence. You will receive receipts automatically. If you ever need to cancel or pause, email us; there are no surprise fees.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime with a 15-day notice, or freeze your membership once per year for up to three months. The only plan that requires a short commitment is Founding Unlimited, which has a three-month minimum.

What if I am not sure I can stay consistent?

Choose a plan without a contract, such as Monthly Unlimited, Align Within, or Awaken Within. These let you explore at your own pace without long-term pressure while still giving you accountability and support.

What do memberships include?

Every plan includes access to in-person and online classes via Zoom. Depending on your membership, you can attend unlimited sessions or a set number per month. Many members attend yoga, meditation, metaphysical education, and sound healing in the same week to support the whole self.

Can I take classes online?

Yes. All memberships include Zoom access. Many members use it when traveling, working late, or when they want a quiet practice at home.

Are workshops and events included?

Special events, sound baths, and workshops are not included. Just as some membership class experiences are reserved exclusively for our community and are not open to the public.

What if I am new or have not practiced in a while?

All classes are beginner-friendly and guided with care. You will learn at your own pace, supported by a welcoming community.

I am new, where should I start?

Try our First Month for $30 offer. You will experience every class type, meet teachers, and get a feel for our community before choosing your path forward.

What if I only want to test it out for one month?

The intro offer has no long-term commitment. You can cancel before your second billing cycle if you decide not to continue.

What if I fall in love with it?

You can transition into the Monthly Unlimited membership and keep your flow going: full access, no contract, and community connection. You are never locked into long-term contracts and can choose a different membership level at any time.

I am not sure I can commit to a full membership. What else can I do?
