Membership Classes
We use access codes at the end of each class title to clarify attendance options.

(M) = Members & Pack Holders only

(O) = Open to public

(MO) = Open to both

(E) = Events, special events not included in Membership/ Packs but open to anyone to attend

Classes labeled O or MO can be attended with a membership, class pack, or drop-in.
Events and workshops are open to the public but not included in membership class access.

Membership Class Cancellations:

If you hold a membership or class pack, you can cancel your class through the app, or by logging in online, or via the link in your confirmation email. If you're unable to make changes on your own, please call the shop to speak with a front desk team member.

We value flexibility in scheduling and cancellations, and we ask that you respect class availability by making any changes with at least 12 hours' notice when possible.

No-show or short-notice cancellations can disrupt class availability for other members. If this policy is abused (3 or more), we reserve the right to:

• Implement a late cancellation fee

• Restrict advanced booking privileges

Inclement Weather Policy: If in the event of inclement weather, we follow the directive of (government offices and schools) for our class cancellation policy and will notify you if class is cancelled or rescheduled. You will have reschedule/ cancelation/credit option for your class.
