What is a Course?

A course is a series of classes designed and facilitated by the instructor to provide a cohesive and immersive learning and practice experience. Purchasing a course gives you access to all sessions within the series. Courses are not included in memberships or packages.

Please note:

• Courses are designed to be taken in full, as each class builds on the previous one for a complete understanding.

• If you miss a class, supplemental materials may be provided, but refunds or discounts are not available.

• Single-class enrollment is not offered.

Cancellation Policy for Courses:

We value flexibility and understand that schedules can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations: Changes to your enrollment are permitted up to 12 hours prior to the start time of the first class in the course. This allows us to accommodate other attendees and maintain class availability. Once the course has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

• Short-Notice Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time of the first class, or failure to attend without prior notice, can disrupt availability for others. Refunds, credits, or tuition transfers for such cases are not guaranteed and are subject to the facilitator’s discretion.

Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, the directive of local government offices and schools will be implemented for our class cancellation policy. You will be notified of class cancellations and rescheduling. Credits and rescheduling options will be provided.
