Classroom Reservations

Occupancy: The amount of time you will physically occupy the classroom.
Reservation time should be reserved based upon your total occupancy time (ie: setup, actual event duration, and breakdown/wrap-up).
Example: for a event with a (1 ) hour duration & 6:30pm start time: Select the (1) hour room reservation option at 6: 15 pm.
This option will allow you a total occupancy of (1) hour and 15 minutes.
Your reservation will include 15 min. for set-up and prep & (1) hour for event duration. Exit classroom promptly upon your reservation end time at 7:30pm.
If you need more time for set up and/or wrap-up, choose the next room rental option instead, at 1.5 hours with a total occupancy of (1) hour and 45 minutes.

Poster Image Submission: You may submit an image if you have created one or want us to use it in your poster.
Poster Image & Themed Classes: You may submit a new poster for each uniquely themed class. We are happy to include your theme specific image to help participants visually conceptualize your offering.
Canva: We love canva links if you create your image in canva, please share your canva link with upon class submission.
DO NOT include date/time on poster image.
**TEW reserves the right to edit class poster images in alignment with marketing & promotion best practice.

Minimum Attendance - Public Group Classes: If TEW is hosting your class booking, you may NOT set a minimum attendance requirement for your class. You MAY utilize minimum attendance options with the Private Event booking option.

Minimum Attendance - Private Event Classes: You MAY utilize minimum attendance options with the Private Event booking option. You may NOT set a minimum attendance for public group classes.
Fee Collection: TEW collects all class enrollment fees for public bookings. Use Private Event when you reserve the classroom if you would like to collect your own class fees.
Private Event Classroom Reservation: With this option the teacher is responsible for all of the below…
(1) Booking & Ticketing Management —
(2) Class Fee Collection —
(3) Marketing —
**TEW will NOT host ticket sales, post, or market for Private Event classes.
(4) Public Booking Link TEW Website —
**TEW WILL add your public booking link to our website if requested.
(Teacher must make request and supply the public booking link within 3 days of classroom reservation.)
(5) Facebook event Co-Host —
(TEW will accept your FB co-host for events at any time.)

New Class Pre-Approval: All not previously offered (new) classes require pre-approval. Submit class outline and details via the —> New Class Submission Form. Reservations for unapproved (new) classes will be cancelled.
New Class have a 3 week minimum developmental period for approval.

Payment: Public Group Class: No payment at time of reservation. No room rental fee required. our classroom reservation fee will be taken out of your class payout.
Payment: Private Event room rental fee will be invoiced to teacher for payment within 3 days of receipt.

Personal guests attending your class will be enrolled at a ticket fee of 65% off the original enrollment fee. TEW will receive the 35% of original ticket fee.
Friends & Family Discount Code: Please contact the Practitioner Coordinator to create your Friends & Family Discount code.
(Codes will be “Practitioner Name Guest” EX: JACKIEGUEST)

We are busy preparing our unlimited classes membership program and schedule!
Our 2025 class reservations are currently closed, we will notify you when it has reopened for Event bookings!
Reserve the Classroom for the time you wish to occupy the space.
Public Booking: Only Approved Events
Private Reservations: No Approval Needed
Event Booking and Facebook Events will be made Live within 72 hours of submission, or up to 7 days if no poster/image/Canva link is submitted with reservation.
*Social media posting subject to change based on class signup metrics, social media algorithm, and social media exposure trends.

TEW promotional efforts for public events: (1) Monthly newsletter, (2) printed calendar in shop, (3) 1 FB feed post (4) Paid Social boosts, (5) week ahead event email, (6) week ahead Sunday Social Feed Post, (7) Week ahead story post with signup links,(8) 1-3 story posts based on your social post share, (9) Reel/post collaborator acceptance, (10) 24 hour prior story social post with signup link.
