Click below on the Start Here button. You will be redirected to an intake form.

Step #4 Complete

Complete the intake form with your practice and services details. This information will allow us to create your Practitioner Services Page which we will host on our Find a Practitioner website page.

Step #5 Submit

After submitting the intake form, you will receive an email with the membership purchase link.

Step #6 Purchase

Use the link in the email to purchase your membership. Upon purchase of membership, your Practitioner Page will be live within 5-7 days.

*NOTE: Be prepared to spend up to an hour completing the intake form.

  • Unlimited Small Room Use:
    Celestite, Amethyst, and Gaia rooms.

    Marketing Page: We create and host your personal profile & landing page on our website.

    Service Bookings: We provide scheduling and booking links for you, or use your own booking system and we embed your links.

    inHarmony Bed: No charge self-care & client use. (Amethyst room availability only).

    Email Marketing: Benefit from promotional campaigns targeting our loyalty & rewards members, regular class takers, & membership holders.

    • *Promotional campaigns: reaches those most likely to be interested in your services. Focused service-based marketing aimed at specific members of our 6,000+ customer group—aligned with the needs, desires, & identity of your ideal client.

    Social Media: We support you by sharing and reposting content created by you.

  • Membership Activation: Within 48 hours of membership purchase and after reservation app registration and booking system access.

    We use the Momence app for room reservations and services booking.

    Six Month Commitment: 6 month term commitment, month to month after that. By joining, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed on the membership signup page, including guidelines for early termination.

    Cancellation: Self cancel anytime after 6 months.

    Auto Debit: Memberships are monthly auto-debit subscriptions.

    3-Month Membership Freeze: up to three months. (Existing reservations will be automatically canceled).

    *Email your request to tewpractitioners@gmail.com 15 days prior to your desired freeze date

  • Increments: 60 minutes.

    Room Reservations: Self scheduled online, via portal, or backend reservation app access.

    Room Usage Types: Booked Clients ONLY, Non-client use (upon approval).

    Walk-In Use Not Permitted: Room should only be reserved for scheduled clients. Walk-in appointment use of rooms is not permitted under Unlimited Memberships.

    Walk-In Use Defined: Practitioners under the Unlimited Membership are not permitted to keep personal items or maintain a setup in a room while soliciting walk-in appointments.

    Walk-In Appointment Protocol: If you have additional appointment time while in the shop meeting with clients, (ei: a cancellation), please notify the front desk of your open availability upon arrival. Our staff will inform shoppers of your availability.

    Non-Client Use: Practitioners must gain prior approval for non-client room usage. Email your request to tewpractititioners@gmail.com. (Ex: social media post recording for marketing).

    *Note: The above policies allow flexibility for walk-ins while ensuring room use remains fair for all practitioners.

    Appointment Buffer: 10-15 minute grace period for room setup and vacate IF no reservations around yours. Buffer not guaranteed.

    *You will have backend access to see all room reservations to plan ahead

    Flexible Room Booking: Practitioners may book rooms as needed with no minimum time requirement.

    Cancellation Policy:

    12 hour Cancellation Requirement: Practitioners should self cancel and/or reschedule reservations at least 12 hours in advance.

    Short-Notice Cancellations (Same Day): Practitioners may cancel up to twice per month on short notice without penalties. Any additional same-day cancellations may result in temporary restriction of room access.

    No-Show Policy: Practitioner will be put on notice. After three no-shows, room access restricted until further notice.

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm

    Saturday 9:00am-6pm

    Key Code Access: membership holders have access via key code.

    Early Entry Key Code Access: pre-schedule 24 hours in advance.

    *Security alarms must be reprogrammed for early access.

  • Landing Page: Membership holders are designated a publicly accessible personal landing & services page with appointment booking feature.

    Landing page will be located under the TEW website Find A Practitioner Menu”

    Our Book A Session page will contain your services & sessions, also available for customer booking.

    Service Booking:

    Self Managed: Use your own booking & scheduling calendar.

    Or

    TEW Booking: Use TEW booking software.

    Payment Collection: Practitioner responsible for collecting private service payments. TEW will not collect client payments.

  • Availability Calendar: Adjust your own scheduling and availability from your computer or phone, 24/7.

    Full access to your public booking schedule: (1) view & adjust your calendar, (2) contact your scheduled appointments via email, (3) text through our backend messaging.

    Scheduling through your own website: Should you prefer to utilize your own website booking platform, TEW can host your service booking links.

    *Technical Requirements: Your booking system must utilize an availability calendar that allows settings for specific location of service. To avoid client confusion & misunderstandings, the services booking link that you provide on TEW’s website must clearly state that the client will receive the service at TEW location, and no other location.

  • Conveniently find your important information & relevant links organized and streamlined within your personal dashboard via Momence login.

    Personal Momence Dashboard: Easy access to (1) your scheduled bookings, (2) your room reservations, (3) room usage details, (4) your scheduling calendar, (5) instructional & tutorial resources, (6) membership subscription, and (7) billing information.

Essential Marketing Information You Should Know

Speak to potential clients from THEIR perspective - not YOUR perspective. Do you understand your client???

A client “Avatar” is an archetypal representation of your ideal client.

In other words, a picture of your best customers; and the core of who they are, to better understand their wants, needs, & pain points. This knowledge informs the way in which we “speak” to them through marketing messaging.

How you present your services, yourself as a practitioner, and your practice, matters.

Presentation encompasses everything from graphic design colors and themes, to the information organized on an “about me” bio, to the tone and tenor of the text on a promotional advertisement. It’s all “speaking” to potential clients from THEIR perspective, or it isn’t.

Practitioners fear that narrowing their focus to an ideal client will limit their reach…

But, how can you deeply resonate with any one person, if you are trying to resonate with everyone?!

  • It’s like trying to be everyone’s best friend, all of the time!! In fact, narrowing the focus will help you gain clarity on who YOU resonate with the most.
