Learn to use Momence login dashboards
Momence scheduling has 2 interactive dashboards when you login from a web page browser (computer/phone). We do not recommend downloading the momence app for Android/iPhone!
2 dashboards you will have access to:
Host Dashboard:
The host dashboard lets you access the booking backend based upon your assigned access level:
Membership Class Teachers: You will be able to (1) view your scheduled classes, (2) attendance for each class, (3) access your assigned tasks board, and (4) substitution pickups & requests.
Event Teachers: You will be able to (1) view your scheduled classes, (2) attendance for each class, and (3) access your assigned tasks board.
Practitioners (Unlimited Room Use Membership): You will be able to (1) edit your calendar availability, (2) reserve small rooms, (3) book client appointments, (4) view all booking appointments, (5) view client info., (6) view appointment questions (birthdate, time, location), (7) view intake form responses, (8) view classes you teach, (9) access your assigned tasks board.
Practitioners (Non-Member), Showcase Readers, Pack Holders: You will be able to (1) view/cancel your small room reservations, (2) view appointment questions & intake form responses (birthdate, time, location).
Customer Dashboard:
The customer dashboard lets you function as an attendee:
view/cancel your small room reservations,
view/cancel classes you are attending,
view/cancel services you are attending, and
edit your account information.
Membership Class Teachers: (1) Book classes/appointments to attend, (2) view/cancel classes you are attending, (3) view/cancel appointments your are attending, (4) view/edit your memberships, (5) edit your payment methods, (6) edit account info, (7) view the on-demand video library.
Event Teachers: (1) Book classes/appointments to attend, (2) view/cancel classes you are attending, (3) view/cancel appointments your are attending, (4) view/edit your memberships, (5) edit payment methods, (6) edit account info, (7) view on-demand video library.
Practitioners (Unlimited Room Use Membership): (1) Book classes/appointments to attend, (2) view/cancel classes you are attending, (3) view/cancel appointments your are attending, (4) view/edit your memberships, (5) edit payment methods, (6) edit account info, (7) view on-demand video library.
