About Liz…

A healing and coaching practice dedicated to helping soulful and empathic women embody their inner beauty and create joy-filled lives - Creating Inner Beauty was founded by Elizabeth, an Intuitive Energy Healer, Tarot Reader, and Transformational Life Coach.

Supporting you in understanding yourself & your personal and spiritual journey is Elizabeth’s vision. Guiding others in the fostering of self-love, self-care, and joy is her passion & purpose and the running theme throughout her work and life.

Elizabeth has earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. A therapist for over 10 years, Liz is well-versed at helping support people’s healing through a variety of issues. Her personal journey has inspired in her an awakening and development of her own intuitive and energetic healing gifts.

Working in tandem with Spirit, Liz brings those gifts to bear in her healing practice & in service to her clients as they achieve holistic healing and profound transformation.
