Important note about membership UPGRADES

Month-to-Month subscription changes are initiated by the practitioner via their online portal.

Growth Commitment Contract subscription changes must be initiated by the Practitioner Coordinator.

  • Month-to-Month Teal, Silver, Gold Subscriptions (Non-Contract):

    BEFORE upgrading your plan, first CANCEL the active subscription. You will be billed for both if you do not.

  • How To Cancel an active subscription - From your personal portal, navigate to ‘Membership Details’. Manage your active subscription from here.

  • Growth Commitment Contracts - Teal & Silver Tiers:

    Upgrade: at any time by contacting TEW Practitioner Coordinator with the package you would like.

    Downgrade: 1 downgrade available, unused hours are not transferable and are lost if downgrading to another tier a 6 or 12 month contract. Please notify TEW practitioner coordinator with your membership option 10 business days before your auto renewal.

  • Subscription Reactivation:

    Reactivate a subscription membership by choosing an option below.

    ** Note: You must first have an active Room Usage Agreement on file with TEW.

  • Small room rental increments: 60 minutes.

    Room occupancy: time begins at the time of your reservation. No early entry or late exit.

    Room Usage Hours:

    Pay-As-You-Go & Non-Commitment Members: Monday -Friday 11am-6pm, Saturday 11am-5pm.

    Growth Commitment Members: Monday-Friday 9:30am-7:00pm, Saturday 9:30am-6pm.

  • Pay-As-You-Go: (1) no contract, (2) no commitment, (3) no auto-renewal.

    Want to keep your Room Usage Agreement Active and not have a membership? Opt-in at the bottom of the page.

    Make sure you have cancelled any active subscriptions you have.

    *PLEASE NOTE: TEW Practitioner Coordinator cannot cancel or reactivate your subscription membership for you. Your subscription access is available only to you, and located on your personal portal.

  • Each Basic tier option is a subscription at a no-contract, month-to-month basis. Enjoy the freedom of choosing the tiered option that suits your particular needs each month.

    Tier Membership Options: (1) *monthly auto-renewal, (2) no contract, (3) no commitment, (4) online auto-renewal cancellation or reactivation at your fingertips.

    Teal Member: 4 hours per mo.

    Silver Member: 8 hours per mo.

    Gold Member: 10 hours per mo.

    Additional hours for Teal and Silver Membership can be purchased at the original room rental rate or upgrade your membership to receive discounted rates. Gold Membership offers additional hours for purchase at $12 and hour.

    This Growth Commitment Contract affords you all the benefits outlined above from the Teal, Silver, & Gold tiers; in addition to the following bonuses.

    Contractual Commitment: Two options - (6) or (12) month contract.

    We commit to supporting you and accelerating your business through proven strategies of marketing and promotion!

    Loyalty Program Customers: We intentionally promote your services to our in-shop and online loyal customer base of 8,000 members and growing using various online and email marketing tools and practices.

    Classes & Services Clientele: We specifically market your services directly to the clients already in connection with our community of education through classes, private healing sessions, & readings.

    Social Media Promotions: We facilitate strategic social content sharing & posting for exposure on our business pages. TEW’s business social pages reach 6,000 followers, and friends of followers, and over 10,000 potential new customers in Overland Park and Kansas City areawide.

    Usage & Contractual Obligations:

    Teal Member: 4 hrs per mo, 6 or 12 month contract.

    Silver Member: 8 hrs per mo, 12 month contract.

    Gold Member: 10 hrs per mo, 12 month contract.

    *additional hours of usage can be purchased at discounted rate.

    *Monthly tier upgrades allowed at any point.

    *ONE downgrade allowed, unused hours are not transferable with downgrades.

    Early termination Fee: Commitment Subscription cancellation prior to completion of your 6 or 12 month commitment may result in a fee equal to two months total of the monthly subscription fee.

  • Tier Membership subscriptions offer you a discount on room rental rates, as well as extended scheduling hours.

    Each subscription tier offers an increased discounted room rate. Discounted room rates apply to both the non-contract Teal, Silver, and Gold memberships and the same tiers on the Growth Commitment contract subscription.

    Extended scheduling available for 12 month growth commitment members.

  • Get paid faster by collecting your own client payments through the booking & collection method of your choice.

    TEW will not be collecting client payments for private sessions for practitioners enrolled in any of the program options.

  • Never forget or miss a client scheduled appointment! Receive scheduling notifications via text, email, and phone. The booking app also offers push notifications.

    All subscription-based membership options include instant booking alerts.

  • All subscription based membership holders, either non-contract or Growth Commitment, are designated a publicly accessible personal bio & services page with appointment booking feature.

    This bio and booking page will be located under the TEW website “Find A Practitioner Menu”

    Our Book A Session page will contain your services & sessions, also available for customer booking.

    *Inactive or Non-renewed Memberships- Should your Teal, Silver, or Gold member subscription remain inactive or cancelled for 3 months, your bio and booking page will be automatically deactivated.

    Renewal & Reactivation: Your bio and booking page will reactivate upon subscription renewal & monthly payment.

    *Pay-As-You-Go No Bio & Booking Page: This non-subscription option does not offer the practitioner bio & booking page benefit.

  • Personal Login Page: Teal, Silver, Gold Membership holders receive a dedicated personal login page & unique login password. This personal login page replaces the general Facilitator Login Page.

    Conveniently find your important information & relevant links organized and streamlined within your personal portal page.

    Personal Login Page Benefits: Easy access to (1) your scheduled bookings, (2) your room reservations, (3) room usage details, (4) your scheduling calendar, (5) instructional & tutorial resources, (6) membership subscription and billing information.

  • Availability Calendar: Adjust your own scheduling and availability from your computer or phone, 24/7.

    Full access to your public booking schedule; (1) view & adjust your calendar, (2) contact your scheduled appointments.

    Scheduling through your own website: Should you prefer to utilize your own website booking platform, TEW can host your service booking link for each service offered at TEW.

    *Technical Requirements: Your booking system must utilize an availability calendar that allows settings for specific location of service. To avoid client confusion & misunderstandings, the services booking link that you provide on TEW’s website must clearly state that the client will receive the service at TEW location, and no other location.

    Booked Appointments & When To Reserve The Healing Room: You do not need to reserve a small (healing) room until you have received and confirmed a client booked appointment. Once a service has been booked, you will receive notification & a prompt to reserve your room.

    (It is not necessary that you maintain active room reservations that coincide with your availability calendar).

    Extended Room Usage Hours: Growth Commitment (12) month Members (regardless of Teal, Silver, or Gold tier) enjoy room usage access beyond the standard allowance. *See Room Rental Hours for details.

  • All room reservations are initiated online and immediately. Rooms can be reserved up to 15 minutes prior to your required appointment time.

    Non-Members without subscription (Pay-As-You-Go): Reserve your room via the general Teacher/Practitioner Portal.

    Subscription-Based Members (Teal, Silver, Gold): Reserve your room via your Personal Portal page & unique login.

    The inHarmony bed is a wonderful tool to add to your healing kit. Use it in any healing service as a perk or an up-charge for an add-on to a service.

  • TEW Loyalty Program Marketing is the foundation of the Growth Commitment Bonus.

    We identify and create an avatar (a representation) of your ideal client.

    Based upon the identity of your ideal client, we use intentional marketing to specific members of our 6,000+ Loyalty customer group.

    We employ email promotional campaigns in accordance with the needs, desires, & identity of your ideal client.

    The professional business-based tools & processes we subscribe to can be an indirect leverage point to your success as an associated services provider.
